This form identifies people who may help organize a possible binding petition and referendum to change Beloit from its current council-manager form to a structure with an elected mayor.

Who can help?

Circulators and petition signers have different requirements.

Collect signatures

Qualified circulators do not have to live in the City of Beloit.

Training will cover who may circulate, how to personally witness signatures, and how to certify each petition sheet.

Sign the official petition

Official petition signers must be qualified electors of the City of Beloit.

This website response cannot substitute for a signature on the final paper petition.

Offer a location

A business owner may offer a Beloit location even if the owner lives elsewhere.

Every signing station, including a drive-through event, must be staffed by trained circulators.
